The rules of the apiary

1. Who keeps these hives

These terms govern your use of hivehollowclub.com ("Hive Hollow Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of hivehollowclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may enter the apiary

The apiary gate opens only for users aged 19 or over, and by using Hive Hollow Club you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Coins in the jar

• The games run on virtual coins handed out free of charge.
• Hive coins have no monetary value and count as neither money, credit nor property of any kind.
• No coin can be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in the app.
• Nothing with real-world value is ever given as a prize.
• We can alter or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. No real money near the hives

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Hive Hollow Club, and no link leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your beekeeper’s account

• Wildflower Gate and Jar Shed Glow, the two worlds past the open one, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password private, and let us know straight away if anyone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted whenever you like from your account page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account and are not property of yours; they can be reset.

6. Fair use of the apiary

Do not try to disrupt the site or run automated tools against it, do not offer coins for trade, and do not let anyone under 19 use it.

7. If the shed door sticks: uptime and liability

The site is supplied “as is”. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. Ontario law for the apiary

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and by the federal laws of Canada applying there.
